En Avant offers 3 different spaces to rent for a large variety of options:

grab your date, meet your friends, bring your stuff and host your party at our place! Adult Date Night / Couples Night / Girls Night / Shower / Birthday/ Anniversary / Flash Mob prep. /Competition rehearsal / What else can you think of?

HISTORIC WINTER GARDEN DANCE HALL

upstairs / $55 an hour.
Approximately 45' x 54' of dance space with a full wall of mirrors.
The floor is dance Marley over hardwood.
Two bathrooms and a dressing room.
Maximum capacity for this space is 50.
Located at 313 1/2 West 18th Street, the 4th door east of our main entrance at 319 West 18th Street.

Studio 1

Located at 319 West 18th street behind the main office
$45 an hour
Studio features hardwood floors, and a wall of mirrors
27' x 27' of dance space available.
There are two permanent poles located within the dance space.
Two bathrooms.
Space for approximately 20 individual dancers

Studio 3

Located at 315 West 18th Street through the second door east of our main entrance
$45 an hour.
Approximately 24' x 27' of dance space available and features 6’ tall by 8’ wide mirrors on three walls.
The floor is dance Marley over firm cushion.
There are two bathrooms.

* 2 hour minimum / additional charge for a dance instructor varies by type

* All participants must sign waiver

* Deposit equal to first hour of rental – non-refundable if canceled less than 48 hours prior to event.

* Percentage reductions available for reserving eight or more dates as specified in the user contract.

* End time listed are times by which renters must be out of the space.

* Maximum participants allowed determined by space and planned use.

* Package price based on number of participants.

*Refundable cleaning deposit of $50 for events that include refreshments – to ensure you leave the space as

you found and remove all waste brought in or produced.

• Best availability weekdays days before 3pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday daytime, after 10:30AM and evening.

• Space Rental includes use of space, stereo system, some seating – equipment use may require an additional

charge (dependent on type)

* Time Recommended for specialty themed parties - event time plus 2 hours 1 hour decorating and 1 hour for

pick-up/removal

WINTERTIME PRIVATE INDOOR RECREATIONAL/ENRICHMENT PICKLEBALL – COURT RENTAL

Upstairs studio available for non-competitive play. Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 10 to 11, 11:30 to 12:30 1 to 2 No Street Shoes- Wear shoes you only use in the gym or for pickleball. Must sign waiver /. Reserve space in advance. The more you play the less you play.

2 people 4 1-hour sessions $57 (10%)
